A rare opportunity to experience singing this colossal 40-part work, which is said to have been written for the 40th birthday of Queen Elizabeth I. Interest in Spem in Alium has gone through the roof since the success of E. L. James Fifty Shades of Grey. Just so you have an idea of how big this is, we need a minimum of 32 basses and 16 tenors just to get started! So please join Scott Inglis-Kidger, Platinum Consort's Founder and Director, and his fabulous team of singing leaders, for what will be a most memorable choral workshop in London! I wish I could make it but won't be in th UK at the time. How big a choir are you assembling? I'm pretty certain the Chelmsford Singers had only one person on each of the tenor and bass parts when I sang it with them.

Hi Andrew, thanks for your kind comment. We're going for two per part for the gents. We're almost there! Best wishes.
