Scott Inglis-Kidger | Founder and Director Scott Inglis-Kidger is a conductor and vocal coach based in London. He is Founder and Artistic Director of Platinum Consort and Director of Music for Thomas's Choral Society. He read Music at the University of Cambridge, where he sang as a countertenor in the world famous King's College Choir. In addition to conducting, Scott directs many workshops around the country and is much in demand as a vocal coach for individuals and groups, and as an early music specialist. He was previously Director of Music at Willington Independent Preparatory School and Thomas's Preparatory School, Battersea, establishing highly regarded liturgical choirs in both schools.

Richard Bates | Composer in Residence Richard Bates is a composer and conductor based in London; he was educated at Winchester College as a music scholar, and then read music at Cambridge University, where he studied composition with renowned composers Giles Swayne, Michael Finnissy and James Weeks, as well as participating in seminars with John Rutter, John Woolrich and Howard Skempton.
Upon graduation, Richard was appointed Organist at St Magnus-the-Martyr Church in the City of London, and subsequently in 2008, to the post of Director of Music at Holy Trinity Church, Northwood, a large family parish church in Greater London. In addition to directing there, Richard also has a very active career conducting musicals at various venues around London’s Theatreland, and regularly conducts bands at some of London’s top venues. |
Ghislaine Morgan | Workshops Vocal CoachGhislaine Morgan is in much demand as a soprano, choral director and coach, singing teacher, adjudicator and lecturer. After reading music at Oxford University she trained at the Royal College of Music, where she was awarded the Sacher scholarship. She has sung regularly with The Monteverdi Choir, The Tallis Scholars and The Sixteen, recorded as a soloist and was a member of the choir of St Bride’s Church, Fleet Street for 17 years. To add variety she has also made appearances as a washing machine and a caveman! Ghislaine’s educational work is inspired by a passion for encouraging others to be expressive with confidence, and a desire to demystify vocal technique.

Adrienne Carr | Workshops ManagerAfter more than twenty years working in the city and bringing up three children, Adrienne now works freelance as a management consultant and is the chairman of the board of trustees of a South London charity. Outside work, singing is her main interest and she finds every opportunity to further explore music of the Sixteenth Century. She is delighted to be a founding trustee of Platinum Choral Foundation.

Sarah Bodalbhai | Accompanist - Boys' ChoirSarah is a freelance pianist, accompanist and musical director. She is classically trained and regularly plays in a wide range of styles - musical theatre, cabaret, pop, jazz and classical. Show credits include Trafalgar Studios, Edinburgh Fringe, London Palladium, Royal Academy of Dramatic Art and ITV's 'This Morning'. She is a piano teacher and accompanist at Thomas's, Battersea. Sarah has a music degree from Cambridge and studied piano at the Junior Guildhall.

Jonny Davies | Accompanist - WorkshopsJonny is Director of Music at St Olave’s Church, where Samuel Pepys is buried, and at St Katharine Cree in Leadenhall Street. He was a Queen’s Chorister at St George’s Chapel, Windsor and then was appointed organist at St Mary’s Church Addington. He was a Music Scholar at Brasenose College, Oxford. At St Olave’s he provides music for services and directs The St Olave Singers, the amateur choir and The St Olave Scholars, a small group of young professional singers.
