CONSORT Platinum Consort was founded by Scott Inglis-Kidger and Claire Jaggers in 2005. The consort specialises in bringing vibrancy to early music, as well as breathing life into newly commissioned pieces. Originating at the University of Cambridge, the consort attracted singers from the renowned choirs of St John's, Jesus, Trinity and King's Colleges.

Now a professional vocal octet, Platinum Consort boasts some of the best young singers in London. They have an affinity with the music of composer Richard Bates and recently premiered his Tenebrae Responsories. These, along with other works inspired by the Tenebrae tradition, will appear on the debut album, 'In The Dark' which will be released later this year.

BOYS' CHOIR Platinum Boys’ Choir is a London based choir for boys aged 7-13. The choir was launched in September 2011 by Artistic Director Scott Inglis-Kidger. Rehearsals take place on Saturday afternoons during term time at the National Opera Studio in London; a centre of excellence for singing. The choir has given two recitals at the National Opera Studio as well as performing the Rutter Requiem with Thomas's Choral Society and Lakeswood Sinfonia.

Having recently premiered music by Richard Bates on tour in Venice, Platinum Boys' Choir will also premiere a newly commissioned song cycle of his in London, later this year. Managed by the Platinum Consort, a professional vocal ensemble, Platinum Boys’ Choir aims to be one of the best of its kind in the UK.

CHORAL WORKSHOPS Platinum Choral Workshops provides high quality opportunities for singers to enjoy repertoire suited to a smaller group. Following the success of 'Tallis to Whitacre', we are delighted to announce the theme for 2012 - 'The Grand Tour'. Our South London home is the beautiful river side church of St Mary's church, Battersea. There you will spend the day under the expert direction of Scott Inglis-Kidger and Ghislaine Morgan, top vocal coach. We also run an early music series 'Early Nights' at the National Opera Studio, in Wandsworth.

Based in London, our choral workshops attract singers from as far away as Holland and Germany. We are also organising choral workshops further afield and are looking forward to including masterclasses with the Platinum Consort.
