We are very excited about our first collaboration with the wonderful Scottish marimbist, Calum Huggan at our 'Fear No Evil' concert this Saturday. Calum will join us for Simon Bainbridge's Psalm 23 for choir and marimba; and for the world première of Richard Bates' Miserere for choir, organ and marimba.

Since graduating with a first-class Honours degree from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, Scottish marimbist and percussionist Calum Huggan has captivated audiences and critics alike with his musicality and personality.

After further studies in Mannheim, Germany and at the Royal College of Music, London, Calum has performed with several of the UK’s leading orchestras and made his international debuts as a soloist in the UK, Abu Dhabi and Germany, and as guest principal percussionist with Jyvaskyla Sinfonietta, Finland.

As well as being a first class performer, Calum's passion lies in cross-arts collaborations and teaching.  He has worked alongside some of the most recognised and talented creatives in the arts.
